Machine features
The casting are made of high quality Mihannah castings.The in ternal stress is eliminated by annealing treatment. The structure of the bed is optimized and the mechanical kinetic energy is very rigid.
The three-axes screw adopt C3 and twin nuts to pre-press precise ball to screw, and cooperates with the pre-positioning design of two end support supports, which can eliminate the backlash of transmiddion and pre-compensae the error caused by temperature rise, and ensure the positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of the machine.
The volumetric oil injection mode of central ubrication system is adopted, and the injection time is controlled by the program PLC. It is convenient to check the oil gauge and oil addition,so as to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine.
The main body of the bench spindle is assembled with P4 bearing to ensure low vibration of the rotating speed.
